Personal Protection in The UK
Personal protection here is usually short-notice, specific and private.
TACT operates across the United Kingdom. Some assignments start and finish in one place; most move. A residential requirement in Gloucestershire becomes a London day, then a travel task, then an event.
National work is planned around licensing, distance, driving hours and realistic mobilisation. Where a task is a long way from our base, we say so and plan around it rather than pretending geography does not exist.
Getting there, and moving around
Deployments are planned around road and rail journey times, overnight requirements and rotation, not optimistic assumptions.

Protection for ordinary situations
Harassment. A former partner. A dispute with a neighbour or a former business associate. A court appearance. Collecting belongings from an address. A period where someone simply does not feel safe going about their day.
These are not dramatic assignments, but they matter enormously to the person involved. They are handled the same way as any other: understand the situation, plan around it, deploy someone appropriate, keep it calm.
What we will and will not do
We protect people. We do not intimidate, confront on your behalf, gather intelligence on private individuals unlawfully, or involve ourselves in anything that belongs with the police. Where a matter should be reported, we will say so.

- Do you have an office in the UK?
- the UK is an operating area rather than a premises. TACT is based in Gloucestershire and deploys personnel to the area; we do not claim offices where we do not have them.
- How quickly can personal protection be arranged in the UK?
- That depends on availability, distance and the nature of the assignment. Call and we will tell you honestly what can be in place and when.
- Can the same team cover other locations?
- Yes. Assignments regularly move between the UK, London and the wider UK, and are planned as a single piece of work.
