High-profile guests and private venues

Where a guest is publicly recognisable, the risk is rarely dramatic. It is photographs, an uninvited arrival at the gate, or someone at the bar who wants a moment they were not offered. That is handled through positioning and conversation, not confrontation.

Private estates bring their own considerations: a long approach road, unstaffed side entrances, marquees in open grounds and a car park nobody is watching. We walk the site or speak to the venue before the day so the plan fits the property.

We would rather speak to your venue coordinator or planner directly than have you relay requirements. That covers timings, licence conditions, supplier access, where staff can and cannot be positioned, and what the venue's own team already handles.
