Private functions — dinners, anniversaries, charity evenings, closed launches, members' events — are not public events with fewer people. The whole model rests on knowing who should be in the room.
We build the plan around accreditation and the door first: how guests are checked, who handles plus-ones, what happens with suppliers and press, and who has authority to say no on the night.
Discretion is the deliverable
Clients at this level are usually paying for the event not to be discussed afterwards. Officers are briefed accordingly: no photographs, no names, no talking about who attended.
Where guests are recognisable, we also think about arrival points, where cars wait, and the sightlines a photographer would use.
