- Are they experienced?
- TACT is a new company built by people who have spent years inside the industry. The name is new; the work behind it is not.
- Are they legitimate?
- TACT Protection is the security brand of TACT Group Ltd, a properly established company with appropriate insurance arrangements in place. Personnel undertaking licensable activities hold the appropriate SIA licence for the work they do.
- Will they understand my situation?
- We ask about the assignment before we talk about people. Influencers, auditors and combat sports are specialisms here, not services bolted on to a generic offer.
- Can they respond quickly?
- We are structured to assess and mobilise quickly where personnel, geography and licensing allow. If we can't do it in the time you need, we'll say so.
- Will they take me seriously?
- A short enquiry is enough. There is no minimum size of problem and no sales process to get through first.
- Will they make this complicated?
- No. You get a plain answer about what the requirement needs — sometimes less than you expected.

TACT Protection is the specialist security brand of TACT Group Ltd — a wider company created to give the business a proper corporate foundation while the protection brand stays focused on one thing.
TACT was built after years spent working within the industry — learning how it operates, seeing what works, seeing what doesn't, building relationships, and seeing where the industry has become unnecessarily complicated, ego-driven and disconnected from what clients actually need.
Eventually the question became simple: why keep working around the problems when you can build something better?
So we did.
TACT brings together years of experience, industry knowledge and professional relationships under one name. We are not pretending to have decades of history as a company. We're simply not new to the work.
